MATERIAL TESTING

We offer materials testing in a variety of residential, commercial infrastructure & building projects throughout the Lower Mainland of BC. When testing freshly cast concrete, it is necessary to measure characteristics like strength, consistency, unit weight, slump, air content, and temperature to avoid structural failure. It’s imperative that these tests be conducted consistently and according to the CSA standards if you want to find changes in concrete that might affect its long-term performance.
We offer Soil testing including standard test method for sieve analysis, relative density, absorption of fine and coarse aggregate, compaction characteristics, liquid limit, plastic limit, and plasticity index of soil. Marshall properties of asphalt including density, stability, flow, air voids, and sieve sizes and gradation limits.
